I suggest that you try to carryout system restore to a day previous to the day when there was no virus or any problems. It may be a few weeks or months back. You have to decide the date. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
The problem is likely to be solved. Then,You insatll a standard antivirus soft ware such as Norton, AVG , Avast ( free antivirus software and Ad-aware, Ewido ( free spyware removers). You can download free softwares at
http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

The "Your computer is infected" warning is a scam. It is usually caused by the Smitfraud infection. Almost all "general purpose, all-in one" spyware and virus removal programs cannot remove it.
To remove go here, download the free, specialised tool called SmitFraudFix v2.126 and follow the procedure.
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix_En.php
And here is another removal tool and procedure to remove Smitfraud:

Good luck.

So let me get this straight.... you got infected with spyware without an Internet connection?
Sounds like something is loopy with your computer. If this has just started fairly recently, use System Restore and see if that doesn't take it away.

those alerts are fake, it's an adware which forces you to buy some software. you need an antispyware to fight things like this. if you already use some antispyware, run a complete file scan and delete everything found. if you don't have anti-spyware yet, try spyware doctor, it's one of most powerful spyware removers. download here:
