Not only is he considered the greatest basketball player of all-time but one of the greatest athletes, so why is he not in there when other 'lesser' players are? Also i've noticed other questionable exclusions such as his team-mate Scottie Pippen, who without whom, I doubt Jordan would have won so many championships!

Yea, Idk when they come up but the years thing everyone else says is right, and I think they will both make it in soon.

and I agree that your right, the greatest player in the world cant win by himself, so Jordan wouldnt have been great without scottie.

Look at Garnett, Lebron, Allen Iverson, Kobe(now) all of these guys are amazing players but have proven that you cant win them by yourself.

However....look at the winners

Spurs-great team effort
Pistons-great team effort
Lakers-Shaq & Kobe

and even the best teams today

Suns-unquestionably the deepest team in the NBA
Mavs-great starting five

I think you understand my point, I may have overkilled it but I feel scottie doesnt get enough respect, because he was overshadowed by the unquestionably best player of all time

Because of Jordan's many comebacks. The man needs to stay out of basketball and try to fix his relationship with his wife/ex-wife.
