For cabin crew jobs, you will find it harder to join a foreign airline. As opposed to the pilots, cabin crew hiring processes are subject to more government scrutiny.

Pilots (captains especially) have a better chance of getting hired because the skills are so unique. There are very few instances when the government of any specific country forbids airlines to higher foreigners for these highly skilled positions.

Flight attendants, on the other hand, are mainly citizens/residents of the country where the airline is based. The majority of the time this is because the company cannot justify hiring a foreigner over their own countrymen/women. Specifically for Indian airline companies, so many locals speak very good English, there is no reason to seek outside.

However, I would encourage you to apply online to any of these companies. I would search through Google, etc for all of the companies' names and contact info and would just send out target resumes/CV with cover letters.

Good luck

Hello Sorry but ? is wrong the company you apply to will ask the previous ones for a reference and the previous one will refuse to do so. End of story. And legally now companies are not allowed to give you a bad reference but as stated else where they can refuse to give you one. And then they wont bother asking were you a good time keeper. Also you don't say why your contract was terminated. If it was due to cut backs then the old one would give you a reference so no problem. Andy C
