where is my sound, did my 2 yearold mess it up?

hey when i turned on my computer this morning the sound is gone no beeping or anything last night my daughter pushed a few buttons on the computer could this have something to do with it if not what else is wrong can any one help it wonn't even beep hen you push the icons with the mouse,everything else is fine just no sound thanks in advance

Depending on what version of Windows you are running...
Click the START button on your bottom left of the screen.
Scroll up to where it says Programs or All Programs and then scroll over to the Accessories folder, and then scroll over to the Entertainment folder. There you should see an icon for Volume Control. Click on it. A Master Volume window should pop open. Make sure all of them are turned up and that none of them are marked as Muted. See if that works. I'll check on you later.

is it your speaker connected to your computer?? if yes try to check volume..
if youre using windows, in the right bottom of you, look up for volume and double click it.. make sure the volume at the volume control not at the bottom and removed the tick at the mute all by clicking it(if its have a tick)..
