Download and install mozila FireFox browser , and than go to this site

from here download and install video downloader plugin for firefox
Now open the video u wanna download in firefox
THere is a small icon in bottom right corner of the FireFox window ,click on that and u'll get the link to download the video

Google Video is kind of weird. If you're using Windows, it wants you to download the Google Video Player. But if you're using a mac or linux, it just lets you download a video file.
So from this point of view, you can probably download the files quite legally.
In the "Download For" menu you can choose "iPod Video/PSP". You can then open these videos in VLC Player, which you can download from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ (it's free).

you use a program, but you dont do that since it is illegal to steal content from a site without the submitters/sites permission.
