ive been cutting dwn on junk all togther im going to the gym every morning for a hour.. and i just stick to 3 meals a day.. i have pcos so i take metformin twise a day and i take 4 vitamins a day why do i feel like this????????

It could be your blood sugar if your body feels clamy no doubt thats what it is, but it could also be a sign that you are getting a cold.

I see your problem...do you know what metformin is? Are you a diabetic?...because if you are taking metformin and you are not diabetic...this could DEFINATELY be your problem? How would you get metformin if you were not diabetic? How should have it in the first place...unless you are!!! In short my friend...you are over medicating your self. Why would you take 4 vitamins a day? The limit is 2 vitamins! Please do me a favor and lay off the pills...and I'll be you will not be lightheaded and dizzy anymore!!

Have you checked your blood sugar? If it's low, then you simply need to eat. Also, you should be monitoring your blood pressure; if it's too high OR too low, you can easily experience dizziness. Eat and take your metformin BEFORE you go to the gym; do NOT try to work out with no sugar in your bloodstream.

It might be a side effect of the medicine. And maybe you have a blood problem. Or you might just be hungry. if you are starving yourself, then it makes sense if you are lightheaded and dizzy.
