I'm on here constantly... no sessions. I stay on 24 hours a day, bar an hour here and there when i pass out from exhaustion.

depends on how my day is going...if work is slow, i'll spend 1/3-1/2 of the day here; if i'm crazy-busy, i'll get on for a few minutes here and there throughout the day, just to take a break from the hell that is my job

I check in periodically throughout the day and usually spend 15 minutes or so each time I check.
