mental rehearsal, working it in your mind from the SUCCESSFUL finish backwards to the start, and then back again, And of course by practicing it a lot. Do both. alternate. paracticing too hard and long can make performance WORSE, so take breaks when you start doing worse, and mentally rehearse a bit, then go back to practicing. Make mental rehearsal the last thing you do before sleep. And when your mind becomes too stressed about it, meditate without thinking about it at all.

Depends on the task, but generally the best way to learn something is to experience it, so get as much hands on experience with this task as possible.

practice, and dont think too hard on it, take it in baby steps, faster you learn it, less efficent you are with it.
