define liveing standards. I have lived outdoors for as much as a year at a time. I had food, warmth and the ability to keep clean. It wasn't a bad life. Many people living in towns don't have that much. I have also seem domestic pets that have more clothes and furniture than I do now. If they had a choice I don't believe they would have all that.

Have you EVER been to an Aboriginal town/area to see how they abuse every god damn thing they are ever given? You tell me how many other races of people rip floorboards out to start fires in the living room to keep warm? Or break in and **** on the benches of the local butcher? What people rape their own because its 'culture'?? What other people in this country are paid PAID by our government to keep dogs? - the more dogs in the backyard the more money Mr Howard throws at them! I have seen it and lived it - they live lower than domestic animals because they choose to......There is generations of aboriginals living like this because they don't know any different......and while we 'accept' it and get taunted as being racists it will continue.....

yes it is but it is so hard to help some people that really cant be bothered to help themselves as well. Its difficult and the skillls and natura ways of doing things that aboriginies people have are not suited to modern lifestyles.
