In my CV, i'm trying to say i can speak, read, and write fluent Russian, however I'm not quite sure how to phrase it. It's something like; oral, or verbal, something like that... please offer some suggestions

Fluent in Russian (both verbal and written communication)

You should say that you are completely bilingual in English and Russian. That should explain it.

Say Bilingual or that Russian is your second language

Why not say 'I have a complete command of Russian'?
