As much as I dislike Hillary and her criminal actions, I've never considered her to be racist. She's the kind of person who believes EVERYBODY is beneath her, not just people of one color.

There is no reason to say she's racist because of that. The only possible thing you could say is that she didn't marry a black man - but you might make the connection that she refused to do that simply to become a token aka tool. Some would say she did the next best thing by marrying Bill, but why bother with that nonsense that Bill is a "black guy at heart" because he cheats on his wife? That, in my opinion doesn't do anything to help our society from recovering from ignorance.
My question to you, if that were the format of Y! Answers, would be, "Are you trying to defame Ms. Clinton fros oem reason?" This might be presumptuous because there is no reason that anyone with an actual agenda would be spending their time messing around on Y! answers. On the other hand, you might be a fan of FOX News, in which case, you might think that every political event ... and every political non-event as well... are entirely your business and the responsibility falls to you to take part in trash talking everyone who thinks Sean Hannity is a waste of Oxygen.
Dude, congress is run just like any other government office. It's moral backbone is comparable to that of the combined the staff at the local nudy bar and firestation. It's efficiency is like that of NICOR's phone menu. The ratio of work-to-rentseeking, the congressional productivity ratio, is quite clearly on the rentseeking side... I've only heard of one guy who doesn't campaign. Some guy named Bill from Texas. He's won every election since the 70's and hasn't spent more than $250 each time.
Well, yeah it's run like a plantation if you think in terms of productivity. Plantation owners weren't directly productive. They ensured the productivity of the slaves. Their own usefullness was nill, though.
Compare that to 2007:
GDP is about 11Trillion.
Income tax is about (don't quote me) 23%.
Sales Tax is about 7%
The cost to employ a worker involves matching some of their paycheck deductions. This is a significant amount, which means that an employer might pay another $2 for every $10 paid to the employee. Of course, there's another $2 that the employee pays...
The employer also has to pay liability insurance and workmans' comp, which depends on a bunch of factors... call it $1-3 per $10.
Take out whatever it costs to pay the other taxes and living expenses. (Healthcare costs some companies $400 / week for each employee)
The cost to run the IRS is a significant percentage of GDP... think about that...
Ok, enough info and it isn't even accurante - all estimates - so remember that...
Who's a slave now?
Oh yeah, one more piece of info:
more than 50% of government expenditures are on transfer payments. A transfer payment is a transaction conducted by the gov that collects wealth from one group of people and transfers it to another. Welfare, social security, park benches, medicare, etc are all transfer payments. (Many people don't like to admit that SS is - but it is. Deal with it.)
In the 70's, the pres boosted SS benefits by 20%. Look at us now. Nice going, Mr. Pres. There was a big issue at the time involving publicity wars with congress...
Your question doesn't have enough to really go off of. No link, no quote... All I can do is ramble about related info. That's not good. I'm going to end this now.

I believe she is racist only in the way that her policies affect the black Americans. The best thing for the black Americans is to become Republican. The morals of the Republican right would serve them so much better tahn socialism.

She is not exceptionally racist. The statement you quote is only racist if it is also implied that that is the way it should be, this is not what she was saying.
