They can not have cameras in bathrooms or dressing rooms that is violating your privacy!!!! They can have cameras that video you going in & out of dressing room but not inside of one!!! I would definetly talk to a lawyer about this. Good Luck!!!

You can. I doubt that you will find any placed there by management. You might find a camera placed in the dressing room by a voyeur but the department store is not going to risk a high cost law suite over something as stupid as a camera. Cameras are not good deterrents to theft.

I believe you can. You would have no problem getting a jury to side with you.
A person in a dressing room has the expectation of privacy. Any normal person would come to that reasonable conclusion. They cannot put cameras in bathrooms or dressing rooms.

Privacy concerns dictate that dressing rooms, and bathrooms CANNOT violate your privacy by having camera or other recording devices.
I do not think you can sue them yet, but I would make a complaint to your police department and see where it takes you.
Invasion of privacy is a serious offense.

You could sue, but most likely you will not win. I suspect that if management put it in, management also put up a sign. If someone other than management put up the camera, management is not responsible.

I am surprised to think other people actually think that they have a right to privacy in a privately own business. The business may give you privacy, but it is not your right.

My god I can't believe that. I hope I haven't been watched like that there is a lot of low lives out there.Report it to the police that is just wrong.Please do something about it too many people keep quiet

You can sue anyone for anything. I am surprised they didn't post a warning.
