I have just noticed my McAfee Virus scan is not working. I logged onto their Security Centre,tryed to enable it and got this msg.
Some components of Active Shield are either missing or might not have been installed properly. Its been working fine until just now. Could I have inadvertently done something . I would be grateful for any help. Thanx.
The Firewall & Spamkiller are OK

If u have the original package, I would re-install it. it may give u the option anyway of uninstalling it or repairing. u should do a repair if poss. try running the original software.

oh i restored my computer the other week and it said that... and i had to get my dad to sort of re-install the McAfee thing.. i don't know exactly what he did though - sorry
