by my calculation from the casualties listed by the Washington Post and population figures from Wikipedia the answer is American Samoa with deaths of 1 in 10,812
at the same per capita rate the equivalent deaths for California would be 3,133 rather than the actual 340
the Marianas Islands are next with 1 in 26,933

Not sure..I know California has alot. Our allies in Britain have lost 127 war dead now. Here is a web page that list the casualties. What a waste.
