in my point of view i mean that
100% of $1 is $1
so 150% of $1 is $3/2
in the same way 150% of $30 is $((3/2)*30)=$45
that's all

it would break down like this. 1.5 * 30 = 45. 30 - 45 = -15 so 150% of $30 is 15 more than 30 dollars. or your going to make 45. YAY!!

to solve 4 percentage, r x b, and move the decimal point of the base 2 places to the left...sooo....150 x .30 = 45.00
