You will need to format the hard drive and reinstall Windows. If you were not given a CD, then check and see that you have a sticker with the license number for installing Windows. If you do, contact either Microsoft, or the manufacturer of your PC. If you have the serial number, they will normally send you a copy of the Windows CD for "shipping charges" (usually $10-20 as opposed to $100-150 to buy it in the store).
Or, if you can find a friend who has the CD, you can LEGALLY reinstall Windows using their CD and your serial number.
But that is the only practical way to remove "everything" fromyour PC. A complete reinstall takes about -20 to 30 minutes. Trying to delete and uninstall everything would take you days.

When you turn the PC on is there a sign appears on the screen like F11, or F12 for recovery? If so start PC and keep hitting this button, you should then be taken to a funny screen with several options and a total systems restore and i mean a total systems restore where it will tell you all your data saved will be lost and the PC will be taken back to factory settings.I have done this myself and its just the same as getting a new PC.Windows will be totally untouched.Hope that helps.

It's probably far quicker to do a completely fresh re-install after re-formatting - but are you sure you mean delete ABSOLUTELY everything else? Can't you just uninstall the programs you don't want, and delete any data files you don't need?
Do'nt take Marthasdia's advice and delete the Program Files folder - you will definitely have to re-install then, it'll make a serious mess of your system.

Sweetheart this is going to take some time.
Go to the Control Panel
Click on the Add and Remove Software
Remove the items you want.
This could take hours. And please note you won't be able to remove "everything". Such as anything that make the internet or msxp run.

Go to control panel in your programs menu, choose Add/Remove programs and do them one by one. Its not that time consuming and will clear them out.
