There are only one or two matriarchal societies in the entire world. One exists off the coast of Papua New Guinea. To some extent this fact means that almost 100% of women are, have been, or will assume a submissive role to a male.
However, I am assuming that is not the answer you are seeking to your question. Hopefully, you are not seeking a sexual rhetoric, that is not the objective of most male dominated relationships. Typically those relationships are balanced with the female seeking to be pleasing and to be found pleasing to her male companion in all aspects of the relationship. These relationships were typical of the 1940's when a two income family was not as necessary as they are today. Submissive women today are considered to be rare. I doubt they are as rare as most believe. In any given relationship one person is more dominant than the other which places one of them in the submissive role. Few men truly sit well in that role. Unfortunately, society equates being submissive with being weak. That is simply false. It takes enormous strength, intelligence, integrity, and diligence to willingly and conscientiously submit to another person.

I certainly hope none are submissive; that's a horrible thing to do to a woman.
Now on the other hand if she's obedient that's a whole complete different ball game. I'm naturally obedient. I do as I am told and never ask why.
I never got the crap kicked out of me and all submissive women have had the crap kicked out of them; some more so than others. I guess that's why their submissive.

I am of the opinion that submission is against human nature. Of what evolutionary benifit would submissiveness in a female be? So I'd say that a very, very,very low percentage of women are naturally submissive.

If you mean submissive, a hell of alot less then you'd think. Most of the time, when you see a woman walking down the sidewalk, and she seems polite and quiet, those are usually the ones that are most aggressive in bed. Not always, but most of the time.
If that isn't what you mean, the you might want to clarify what submive means.

We really do not know what percentage are submissive, but I'm sure there are some that have been somehow manipulated by some men. HOWEVER, this works the other way as well....some women are just as evil!

No woman is 'naturally' submissive.
Unfortunately some warped and sick 'men' have managed to force their need to abuse onto some vulnerable women, whilst manipulating them to believe this is what they 'want'.
A better question would be 'what percentage of men who prefer women being submissive are sadistic gobshites'?

It would be hard to determine a specific percentage. However, many women like men to be in control in the bedroom. They like to feel made love to. The like to feel that the man anticipates her needs and will see to them. They like the man to be in charge in bed. This of course, is assuming that they guys knows what he is doing and will see to it that the woman will have as much enjoyment as he will.
But a percentage... don't know how many women would actually come forth and admit that they are submissive in bed.

submissive ? A high percentuage, but I would guess it also depends on the guy, more women beeing submissive to one guy then to another.
