I have a recipe at home for onion bhaji.

It is just onions, herbs, flour and egg. Deep fry and serve. Not sure about the sauce

You have the recipe for onion bhajis. I have tasted the sauce. It is pure RUBBISH. This would be my recipe......
2 ozs. Rabbit droppings. 1 spoonful of vinegar.
1 Orange. 1 Pint of urine. 2 ozs. Self Raising Flour.
Stir ingredients and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 mins.
Hope you enjoy it.

Give me pure English food. Roady Beef and Yorkshire pudding.

NO RUBBISH.

You just need some gram flour, lettuce (or any other leaf like spinach), onions, lukewarm water, bicarbonate of soda and salt and chilli powder to taste.

Put all dry ingredients into a bowl and add water so its a thick paste...not too thick otherwise will taste very dry and not too thin otherwise they'll spread out in the oil.

Once the paste is mixed scoop a little of the mix into your fingers and put into hot oil...be careful not to burn your fingers and cook until golden brown.

the quantity of each of the ingredient is upto you. in about two cups of gram flour i usually add three medium onions and about two handfuls of chopped lettuce and i usually put in some chopped pepper too. for this you need about a teaspoon and half of bicarbonate of soda.

the recipe can be adapted however you want...so u can put in chicken or sweetcorn or peppers. Not sure what the orange sauce is.
