While no scientific "theory" can ever be proven (it can only be disproven), there are mountains of evidence for evolution and none for creationism. My bet is on evolution, or some refinement of it as new evidence is found.

You can reconcile religion with evolution by defining a "day" to be millions of years long. Then "God" (nature) created humans on the sixth day.

i would say it is the creationism which give idea to darwin 2 think about evolution of many creatures if we closely study the religious scripts we find many of the fact tat is atually related 2 evolution & the creatures which was in existence , but evolution is the more scientifically proven so..... we have 2 believe it as many proof r there.

The ideas are equally plausible. Once you look at life closely, and records compile over time, the evidence supports evolution and refutes literal Biblical Creation. Other doctrines of Creationism are not necessarily refuted.

Evolution.

Creationism requires there to be a creator, for which there is no proof (other than faith). There is plenty of evidence for Evolution in the natural world.

Of course, "for those who do not believe, no proof is possible: for those who do believe, no proof is necessary."
So I'm sure lots of religious people will tell you that Creationism is the real deal.

Only one is possible and its evolution.

If you're religious, I doubt you actually want to hear any evidence.

Still, if you get hung up on evolution being 'just a theory' - a bit of disinformation enthusiastically promoted by creationists you could read this: http://www.stephenjaygould.org/library/gould_fact-and-theory.html
