Living in the US, almost impossible to find in stores. I've searched online and all you can find is the really popular dj's like tiesto or van dyk. There are specific artists i want to find, but also looking for just anything. The only way i hear new music is to find a dj i know's compilation cd, then search for the individual artists stuff thats on there. No other means for me since MTV or radio won't play it.

I went here http://www.tranceaddict.com/site_news.shtml
of the top 10 dj's, most are really popular. I can't find 4 of them anywhere, even through p2p programs.

I found one russian site that lets you purchase tracks for 8 cents a piece, but still, very llimited selection.

I live about 4 hours away from any large city with decent clubs, but their in house dj will still play some crazy stuff that i've never been able to find anywhere.

thanks in advance

I have just about everything
armin, tiesto, van dyk, ferry corsten, atb, digweed, blank & jones, hate sasha. Have a bunch of chicane, not too keen on that.

That site had listed
Above & beyond
markus shulz
sanders van doom
gabrial and dresden
all in the top 10.
Never heard of them before.

managed to get a sanders van doom live set, but yeah, sound quality was too horrible.

I'm checking out some of the links you guys gave me so far

I would check out the band "Chicane". They are one of the top bands in this area. It is actually a project by a guy named Nick Bracegirdle.

Try limewire, too. There's another who's really pretty good, here are his 2 myspace profiles:
