I'd like to buy clothes on-line, but I would like to have some ideas where to buy, can you please give me some help.
I've bought a lot of nice things at Victoria's secret; and I visited forever21 (which is REALLY cool), and ASOS also, but I don't live in USA so I can't buy in there cause they do not ship internationally , which is a real shame.
I need some ideas on how to buy some nice and cheap clothes even from Europe.

Asos.com delivers internationally. I live in Malta and I do buy from them. I also buy a lot of my underwear from lasenza.co.uk
E-bay is the best if you want to go for the cheapest. Make sure though to check the description as some items might be used. I buy mostly accessories and jewellery from ebay. good luck.

Yeah, Ebay is where you can shop online and in a lower price. Though it may not be brand new all the time, but most of them all were still in good condition.
Ebay is international and you could find it also in your local site. Just use Yahoo! Search for browsing and it's real good!
