(T + 4)/(T - 2) = 1/4
4(T + 4) = T - 2
4T + 16 = T - 2
3T = -18
T = -6

this answer depends on how you comprehend the meaning of the word "over". if you take it to mean divsion in a lehmans language then the answer would be as follows;
T+4/T-2=1/4
4(T+4)=1(T-2)
4T+16=T-2
4T-T=-2-16
3T=-18
T=-6
else;
the variable over is unknown hence the answer will be as follows
(T+4)(over)(T-2)=1/4
depending on what you are looking for, the answer would be got by making it the subject.
