how can we do sim clone?

can we copy(clone) mobile phone sim using sim card reader ?
can we copy two connections(sim) into one sim?
if there programmes to do this send me path?

There are tools to copy address lists etc, but the identity (the IMSI and the Ki) cannot be copied. So a SIM card can never be cloned.
