How long has it been since your last injection? If you don't have a period after a month or so, I would go see the doctor. I'm speaking from personal experience. I took the Depo shot when I was 18 (I'll be 25 in one week). I only had two injections. Since then, I have been SO irregular. I went two years without a period at all! Even now, I only have a period every 2 to 4 months. I don't recommend that shot to ANYONE!!! I had to go to the gyno to get straightened out, but since I didn't follow through, I'm still messed up. Go to the doctor first. He'll probably put you on the pill for a while to get you back to normal....that is.....if you're cycle is messed up! Good luck with everything!

I was on Depo-provera (contraceptive injection) for over a year when I decided not to go back for another because I wanted to try for a second baby..I never had another period because the following month after not having the injection ....I was pregnant. I know we are all different but this apparent year to two years that Doctors are warning us could take to get pregnant after being on it doesnt seem to be true...most of us seem to be falling quite easily within six months...goodluck x

it can take quite a while to concieve.all these methods are relatively new so conception isnt very easy.also these injections are basically hormones and they are known to play havoc with ur body so naturally for ur body to come back to its original hormone levels takes some time.dont fret.let things take their own course.ur body will decide whne its the right time to concieve after the effects of the drug are over.take ur folic acid tablets six months prior to conception.good luck.

Can take anything up to 2 years for your overies to fully start working again,But as you can see it does happen very fast depends i think how long youve taken how your body reacts or takes to reclaim its natural cycle

it is another one of those things that vary from woman to woman. It may take one woman only a month to conceive or it may take a year.
Be patient, it will happen!

In the leaflet I was given, it says that it can take up to a year to get your fertility back!
I guess it depends on your body, but I'm also guessing that it might take up to a year!
