What do you think? I am 49 and hate having night sweats, will I put on weight on it? I have no history of breast cancer. Other people's experiences please.

NOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

There is absolutely no reason for women to begin taking synthetic HRT. It is killing us, and there are better alternatives.

Pick up a book by Dr. John Lee called "What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause". Another good one is "Hormone Heresy" by Sherrill Sellman. And “The Greatest Experiment Ever Performed on Women” by Barbara Seaman. These will open your eyes about the lies women have been told for decades.

You can read some of Hormone Heresy here:

Also read these:

It is CRUCIAL that you do your homework before starting HRT!
(Please email me - there is a Podcast that you need to hear before deciding about HRT.)

There`s been many discussions about hrt
I personally think its a miracle after trying other things
after 6 years on hrt i had to come off it
Now 2 years later i opted to go back on it, but its not for everyone
Why not have a discussion with your GP to look at the alternatives and if they don't work then give it a try
Some people put on weight taking hrt some don't

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and I do not advise this. I have put all my patients on either Black Coshosh, Dong Quai or Agnus Castus. For night sweats I give them Sage. and all of them take MENOPACE and extra calcium to replace the vitamins and minerals that we lose at this time. HRT causes Breast and Uterine cancers. I am 57 and i have been taking Black Cohosh - Sage and Menopace and a sensible diet for years and I feel great. I tried HRT but ended up with very bad muscular spasms in my arm as soon as i stopped taking them the pains went. All HRT is, is SYNTHETIC HORMONES which of course is man made

You would most likely reach menopause at 51/52 years. Night sweats are awful so taking HRT would possibly be only for a couple of years. You could start on a low dose. Alternatives, if you have not tried already is agnus castus. Also drink soya milk this is very good. Best of luck.

My wife took natural remedy pills called Flash Fighters and a herbal table called Cats Claw and had no heavy periods and very little sweats. Hope this helps.
Look them up on the net and if they are for you it,s always better than chemicals.
