Call her MADAM !! We have one in our office. Caused a lot of disquiet forsome time.......BUT...... whenever we speak we all xall her "MADAM". Yes Madam. No Madam. This really infuriates her and gradually she is changing her views. It seems to strike a dominant note with her and makes her think. Keep it up - you will succeed.
