Stephaine for your information it wasnt an easy choice there were many complications which you dont know about, of course it makes me sad but my baby wouldnt have lead a good life at all, my baby may have gone now through my own choice but at least he didnt have to suffer pain in the long run! so yes it did hurt and it still does

Before you have sex make sure you are on birth control pill. As you have probably found out condoms don't always work. Abortion is not birth control and should not be taken lightly. Make an appointment with your doctor for a check up before sex and get a prescription for birth control at that time.

I swear I dont mean to be ugly at all, but why in the world would sex even be an option so soon after an abortion??? Isnt that how you got there to begin with? Did you not learn anything from this at all??? Im so sorry for what Im about to say but I cant agree with Stephanie more! Seems as though you are very selfish!!!

Usually not, but it depends on what sort of abortion it was, if it was a dilation and curretage, you'll probably want to wait, because even with condoms, you can get a uterine infection. Other forms of abortion are less harmful. Vacum aspiraiton isn't nearly so, and I'm not sure about dilation/evacuation.
Perhaps you should post again and be mroe specific abou what sort of abortion.

I would say it could be very dangerous.
Sex after childbirth has been known to kill people. Abortion could be similar. The blood vessels in the uterus are open and you can force air into your blood - a problem which deep sea divers get if they come up too fast. It's basically like making your blood into a fizzy drink. Deep sea divers get that problem too.

As long as you didn't have any complications, I would presume it to be okay. I had an abortion and was able to have sex about 3 or 4 days afterward. Just be sure to be safe!

You are more likely to become pregnant soon after an abortion.

You can get an infection. And why in the heck would you start having sex again so soon. Give your body a chance to heal.

Yes, your vagina needs at least another week to heal properly.
I understand you must be horney as anything because your hormones will also need a little longer to settle, but please don't its just not worth it!
You could damage the sensitive tissue around that area - which could effect your sex life altogether.
Take care

I don't think it's dangerous but it could be a little painful. Just make sure it's gentle.

I don't know if it's dangerous, but it sounds pretty sick, depending upon the reason for the abortion.
