The park in London covers 23 hectares (58 acres).

For ease of calculation, I'll use a rectangle that's actually 60 acres (6 x 10).

This means the perimeter is:
= 2 * (length of short side + length of long side)
= 2 * ((6 * 208.75) + (10 * 208.75))
= 6680 feet

... which means that once around the park is around 1.26 miles.

Four times around the park would be 4 x 1.26 = approximately 5 miles (8.1 kilometers).

Check it out on Google Earth or Auto Route - you cann enter the route and see how many miles you have run then alter your route to load on a few more yards as your fitness increases
