Changes in RPM 3.0
by Jeff K. Johnson

Red Hat Linux 6.0 is/was built and installed using RPM version 3.0. While continuing to remain compatible with pre-existing binary packages, reorganization of the internals in RPM 3.0 permits more reliable package installation. In addition, more flexible configuration during package builds has been achieved while preserving the original design goal of reproducible builds of binary packages from source code.

This box isn't big enough to list 'em. Plus what RedHat Linux do you mean? RHEL or Fedora?

If you like Red Hat Linux you can say 'everything windows does but better and free plus lots of other useful stuff that you'd have to pay for'

If you don;tlike Linux you can say 'everything Windows does but it's a pain in the butt to use, plus you don't get any support because you didn't pay for the software. Oh, and it's all written by geeks'

I like Linux. But I prefer Ubuntu Linux to Red Hat.

Download it and try it on an old computer... if you have one.
