Ok, so it's Cebuano (but I did mention it might be!). Thanks for the answers - I understand the gist of it now, even if the translations aren't all the same!

In tagalog the translation is - gud morning ,dito na ako sa davao sa 16 tuesday and release ng passport,500 ang bayad ng sa akin ang sa papa mo ay 750 para madali (in english I'm here in davao the release of passports is on the 16, I paid 500 for mine and 750 for your papa so it will be faster) In text message the vowels are usually remove to save space in character.

Lol, its in Cebuano (Bisaya)...
Translation: Gud morning, I already came from Davao. And then on 16 (Tuesday) the passport's gonna be released. Im bringing your Dad. I payed 500 [Not sure if its Dollars or Pesos?] but for your Dad its 750 -'so that he could come???'.
Not sure with the "HE COULD COME PART" though... got cut at "para madal part".
Glad I could help...

"Good morning, I just came from Davao, the passport will be released on the 16th, Tuesday..." sorry...can't comprehend the rest...it mentions about your dad (pa2 = papa), she paid 500 but for your dad 750 ...the text was cut after that.
That's Cebuano, btw.

It means:
Keep your hands off my daughter by Tuesday 16th or I will pay someone 500 or 750 Pesos to cut your dick off.
