1. ...who gets in trouble or something and has to use his gymnast skills to beat the bad guys?

There's a scene where he is being chased by a bad guy and the gymnast uses a horizontal bar in an ally to do some swings (who know, the thing gymnasts do) and knocks the bad guy down. But I think he knocks the wrong guy, it's actually just a pedestrian walking by the ally.

It might have starred Tom Cruise this film.

2. ...at daylight? There's a guy who ends up with very high sensitivity to daylight after somehow being made to look directly at the sun.

I think the story of the film is that he is trying to get revenge from the people who did this to him. He can walk around fine at night but not during the day.

Sorry but I don't remember a specific scene from this movie.

More points? All the answers so far are wrong.

It's pre-90s because otherwise I'll be old enough to remember the names. And they are not mainstream movies.

It might be American Anthem, since the leading actor from the poster looks a bit like Tom cruise. Does the scene described above happen in the movie?

It's not Omega Man, since on the film I described only the lead guy is sensitive to light and in Omega the lead guy is not but the bad guys are.. I don't think it was a science fiction movie anyway

2 questions for the price of 1. This is better than the January Sales!!!

The answers are:

1. Karate Kid. Not only can he stand on one leg and pretend to be a homosexual crane but he can also catch a fly with chopsticks if he's hungry (but not at the same time as being a crane).

2. Karate Kid II. I'm not sure about the sun bit but he's definitely looking for revenge at some point in the movie. And not only does he successfully achieve it - but he also snatches away the girl from harm's way (but not with chopsticks).

Great questions.

1) Gymkata??. See http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0089243/

2) Darkman?? see http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0099365/

ADDED: Whilst I'm not sure whether Darkman is correct I'm pretty sure that Gymkata (1985) is the movie you refer to. Who can forget such memorable scenes as the high bar (already chalked!) in the alley, the stone pommel horse in the village square where each of the bad guys continually run at the 'hero' only to get beaten up again and again as he twirls around acrobatically or the five minute chase scene through the village of the crazies in slow motion. I watched it as a kid and loved it although it probably sucks nowadays.

I think the gymnast film was an American martial arts 80s movie called Gymkata. He was blackmailed to go undercover but was not a secret agent ,a martial artist or a good actor!

not sure about the first one but i think the second one could be the other side of the sun with brad pitt in it who cannot go in to the sun because he has a skin condition or i could be daredevil who is blind. this is where he is trying to find the guy who killed his dad.
