Apart from the mediterranean islands Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza, Spain has the Canary Islands and the little menclaves of euta and Melilla in Marocco.
The four territories of Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Guiana and Réunion are French overseas departments; the four territories of Mayotte, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna are overseas collectivities. The Territory of New Caledonia and Dependencies is a "sui generis collectivity" (in practice an overseas territory) of France. France also claims or controls a number of scattered islands in the Indian Ocean (Îles Éparses or Îles éparses de l'océan indien) and a remote island in the Pacific Ocean called Clipperton Island; as well as the French Southern and Antarctic Lands (French: Terres australes et antarctiques françaises, abbreviated TAAF).

You see, France wins hands down.
