That sentence doesn't make sense.
As you heard it and didn't see it written down, are you sure you have got the words right?
Might it be "He could saunter over to Frodo"? That would make sense

It was Randal Graves who said : That look was so gay, I thought Sam was gonna tell the little Hobbits to go for a walk so he could saunter over to Frodo and suck his f**ing c*ck.
Now *that* would have been an Academy Award-worthy ending.
It means nothing more than what is says.

First of all, "couls" isn't an English word. Have you typed it correctly? It seems like Supper Man helps to clarify a little bit.
Frodo is the main character in JRR Tolkien's Lord of the Ring book(s), and Sam is his best friend. It means that Sam (that is who "he" is referring to) could walk over to Frodo in a confident manner.

I guess theres a typo here....you meant to write: "he COULD saunter over to Frodo"...
That would translate as
"he could walk slowly/ leisurely stroll towards Frodo"

maybe it says "he calls santa over to frodo" for what reason this was said i dont know but thats all i could make out... maybe it was a joke!!
