I do not want to use the online form to contact them but a direct email address.

They only issue the on line form so some cabbage at the other end gets it who hasn't got a clue what the hell you or they are on about

Hi, I have found these two addresses in my vodafone hand book - I would imagine that if you used either of these and they were wrong you would soon be pointed in the right direction - worth a shot!!
