I feel yah on that. My integrity is very important and I even had a hard time explaining that to someone till I just gave up. Decided that I didn't have to defend to this unworthy person who didn't want to get it.
I've also spent alot of time defending my elderly mom.

i would say its integrity too. although sometimes i mess up and other times i wonder if i when overboard trying to defend it.
