go to TK max, there is one in Leeds and one in Bradford (i like the bradford one best as it is set out better)
you can get designer bargains especially in the clearance section (i just bought a valentino dress for £23!?!?!?)
they also sell basics so you can get t shirts etc for just a few pounds (fenn wright and mason for £5) and you know they will wear well and wash well.
