what are the benefits of drug administration via the PR (Per rectum) and PV (Per vagina) as opposed to other r

They are delivery methods that provide better transfer of the drug. Alot of rectal medications are given to folks who are too sick to take a medication by mouth, (vomiting and such)

The body absorbs it faster through the rectum,and if the patient is vomitting or has trouble swallowing it an easier way of administering the drugs,for the staff and the patient.and if you have an illness to do with your rectum or vagina it gets to the infection quickly ie piles only downside is it's not very comfortable.xx
