I would pick water, for one its an element,..
Water can give life and take it..
I was thinking about time but its not an element so i left it be, plus i don't think i would want to mess with what has happened and what will happen.

Definitely water. It's very soothing and the opposite of fire...which I HATE.
Something not on that list, I would choose healing abilities...cuz I hate fighting and violence, but I really like helping people.
By the way, time is NOT an element. I get really peeved when people say that anything besides Earth, Air, Water, and Fire are elements, unless you are following different beliefs. I think metal is one in Chinese history, but I'm not sure...plus there's Ether...

Water - so all the peopel who don't have access to clean water in the world could, & so I could make it stop raining here when I'm going out so my hair doesn't go frizzy!
Time is an obvious option but sure if one could stop, start, fast-forward or rewind time, our own body clocks would keep going, in which case we would keep getting older as time was stopped/rewound etc.

Okay, on the list, I would say Time.
Off the list, I would have the ability to warp reality. Why just rob a bank when you can wait, and then create a giant hole in the wall of the Gold Reserve and walk in and take it myself. .

The power to heal,,, would be the ultimate,,,,, but to pick from those you have listed,,, fire,,, I think?,,, yes, FIRE. Rushing to burning buildings and absorbing the flame,,,, save as much as I could without water damage,,, Yes, Fire.
