I suppose either a toilet, or a not very good house. Depends what they were talking about?? Maybe a hotel room??

Euphemism for sh*thouse or sh*thole. Means they have to spend a couple of weeks in an dumpy place.

Pretty simple-a shitty place to be in. A shithole, a dungheap, a roach motel. a dive, a dump, a hole, etc. Someplace where you don't want to reside for very long.
