Oh, my husband knows how to use it! It's just a case of "in one ear and out the other" with me and technology!
I will get the hang of it eventually you just have to punch the instructions in a lot of times... into me not the MP3 player LOL!

I got an IPod, took me a while as I thought it was just drag and drop. Then I found out you had to go through ITunes.
I hate that program.

I got my wife one, but she is ok with it. Have you tried the manufactures website for help.
