I've had no menstral cycle for over a year. I'm 22, have a 2 year old daughter, overwieght, but nothing else that might be causing this. We want to start trying for another child. I bought Women's Once A Day, what else do you recommend to get my ovulation/hormones back on track? Recommend any websites or personal experience? Any advice would be appreciated. TIA

If you are trying to conceive a second time you should try to fertility chart. I recommend the Clear Plan Fertility Monitors you buy at the drug stores. They are expensive, but a sure bet as to when you are ovulating. If you are not having peak days, then it is safe to assume you are not ovulating. If this is so you need to see a doctor. You can be assigned Clomid to help with this or if you have PCOS even Metformin to help with your abilities to ovulate. Also, if you are overweight, there is some information you need to know. Extra fat cells can actually absorb hormones needed during your menstral cycle. This can keep you from ovulating normally. Good luck to you. I have been thru this a few times and other things to top it off!

No period for a year can be a whole host of issues. You need to see your OB/gyn for a complete physical exam and blood work up. Your doctor can tell from the exam and blood tests if it's your thyroid, hormones or something else that could have an effect on your fertility.Been through all of that. Call your OB/gyn for an appointment.

You need to see a gynecologist, who will give you tests and see what's up. There are some conditions which this could be, such as PCOS, but she will discuss things with you. Don't do anything herbal or anything without consulting the dr. - get your answers from a professional.

Nanny is right on this one. You need to find out WHY you're not getting your periods before you try any treatments. And when it comes to your health, never diagnose or treat yourself.
