One of my favorite movies. Are you talking about the song he performs at the school dance? If so, its called Johnny B. Goode by Chuck Berry. Remember when the guitarist of the band who cut his hand calls his cousin Chuck during the performance? He says, "Hey Chuck, this is your cousin Marvin Berry". I've seen that movie a million times, lol

It's Johnny B Good

On a side note of interest: it is the guitarist from Huey Lewis and The News that played the obnoxious guitar solo that he mimed along to!

When in the 50s---Johnny B Goode
When in the 80s--- Huey Lewis and the News song (title escaping me, but it was Huey who made the comment about him not having the sound they wanted)
