Ihave already given acc name, no. and sort code and my boss is asking me for bank name and address

Name of bank/building society.
Account number.
Sort code.
Bank address.

All this is relevant to make sure that your wages get sent to the right account.

Name of the Bank/Building Socity
The FULL address (including the postcode)
Name of the Account (you)
Bank Sort Code (6 digits)
Account Code

This is so your employer can send the money to the right bank and account

You mean name of bank and branch where you opened it? Yes, that's normal. They need that information so they can pay you!!! They always ask what bank and the branch. (which is basically the address.)

If you are setting up direct deposit, this is normal... they need this info. If you are not setting up direct deposit, he shouldn't be asking for the info
