Ladies buy, cook and eat of personal choice but they never buy, cook or offer food of choice of husband/father

Ladies make enjoyment but fails to offer same liberty to husband / father.

Maybe "ladies" are that selfish but I am a woman and I always ask my husband and family what they would like to eat for every meal. Not ALL wives make just anything out of the blue as you have generalized here. There wouldn't be many long lasting marriages if that were true now would there be. It's another small thing that can eat into an already strenuous circumstance.

My Dear Jeevan Kumar Mittal, are you speaking from experience or hearsay??? In India I honestly believe that the exact opposite is true. Most women go out of the way to make their men happy. They normally don’t even eat until the men join them or in some cases eat only after their men have had their fill. The same is true for the second part of your question…it is the males who like to screw around but dare not allow the same liberties to their ladies. Of course there are the exceptions to the general rule and you may have got a woman who is making you guys dance…you have my sympathies.

i hope u r living in 2007 and not in 2027! who told u that ladies,especially non-working class Indian- cook only for their enjoyment? They would know the likes and dislikes of the Hus& family and would cook accordingly. what's the fun in doing something which doesn't please anybody? Any lady who knows that the way to husband's heart is through his stomach wouldn't dare to be so selfish. By saying this i don't mean that one has to be an excellent cook and has to spend her whole life in kitchen to win her man's heart. But the feeling - I Care for You- that's important. So if u see somebody of the opposite character, understand what she means........! "CAUTION" !

Ladies are selfish, just because they look after cooking and shopping, they buy and cook and eat their choice dishes. You have to be strict and insist that they do that, which pleases all in the family. One strong man in the family is sufficient to set them straight.

I always ask my husband what he wants to eat before I cook. I always do my grocery shopping on Sunday, before I leave I ask my husband if there is anything in particular he wants me to buy and we always plan meals together for every night so I don't make anything he doesn't want to eat.

no not at all true . i don't know abt others but i make sure at least one dish is my husbands and kids favourite. I'm health conscious and try my best to balance it while preparing food. though they might crib at some but having a favourite dish along with it makes them enjoy the food. u should accompany her while shopping and pick what ever u like that way u can avoid the problem.

Definetly not right at all. They ask family first what to cook and they do cook sometime what they wish jus because to take care of health of family and provide nutirious food complete and balanced in all respects

That depend on the nature of the lady.
Some are other way round. They cook only what u want, not what they like.

i have no time to be self centered like that,

i come home from work and either have something ready to go for dinner or something fast and easy like dial a pizza or take out

and if my love has had a less then hard working day and that is NOT OFTEN he starts dinner

then its time to do book bag check and laundry and maybe sit for 5 mins.
there is such thing as compromise like i cook tonight something i like and you cook something you like

sundays is big around here i make breakfast and my love makes dinner
