Yes she can if she has ovulated at or around the time of making contact, because one of the millions of sperms is all that is needed to reach the ova of the woman.

Yes she can, the only way that pregnancy is out of the question is 1 if you are using protection, and 2 there isnt any vagional contact. Other than that it is possible.

yes! all it takes is one sperm of that semen(from among the millions) to impregnate a woman. If you consider this position to be "safe sex", you are in for trouble!
