No it's not harassment.It was an affair, but now it's over. You're just feeling guilt and you feel like ''Ooook, I still have to see her.How does she see me? Where do we go from here? What do I do?''. I know, it's only right that you feel uncomfortable, you realize you did something wrong. It wasn't right. Now you can keep it inside you forever and let it haunt you or you can come clean and take that chance.Do whatever feels right to you.Follow your heart.Dont let the boss thing get to you.You're still there to WORK and she is still your boss.Do your job and let her do her job.That way it's no problem.It'll soon become a thing of the past and you'll feel better.
