Is the US one of them?

For information, it's told that in 2020 over half the population will be over 60 in age in the US. Elsewhere, countries are closing down schools and facilities due to the decline in birth rate/population.

Is this all true? If so, where?

Bulgaria. The country is stricken by poverty & with negative birth rate.
Some devastating chain reaction - closure of many schools etc., etc.

sri lanka has a 15.5 birth rate. and the population growth is 0.78.
