ur Friends with Benifits for almost 5 years, and had a baby with her but she's in a realtionship with someone else, how would u feel when she never seems like she had no intention to raise the kid knowing u r the father but the man she's with, are you gonna let this go on and deal with it later or you are too scared to ask her esp when you know that she isnt gonna give up what she's got even if not letting her kid know you are the dad?

I wouldn't bring it up unless she did. Why bring more stress into her life than there already is?

Since the courts usually award custody to the mother, unless she is unfit, the most you can hope for is visitation rights but then youll probably end up with child support payments to her regardless of the circumstances. The biggest thing here is who she listed as dad on the birth certificate, or even if she listed one at all. You may have to pay for a paternal test if she didnt list one and you decide to take her to court
