My guess would be Harrison Ford
The U.S. box office grosses of all of Ford's films total about $3.18 billion, with worldwide grosses totaling approximately $5.65 billion. No other actor in history has box-office grosses as large as Ford's.

My guess would be Tom Hanks - but I'm not sure.
The question is "what actor has APPEARED the most in the top 150 grossing films." The question is NOT "who has been the star that has been in movies that grossed the most?" So - it could be some character actor who makes his way around and gets into a lot of successful films.
