Maybe engraved jewelry. That's always nice along with her favorite flowers and chocolate. How you present the gift has a big impact also! Writing a short poem is always good. Or a letter expressing your love for her. It doesn't have to be fancy, just thoughtful. A "Love gift basket" is always nice! Put favorite photos together or her favorite scented candles along with some other things in a basket! That would certainly show that you care.
